Como era malo al lado de Akram Akram, no fue bien con la hermana del paisaje.
These days only three entities make headlines in India.. Pakistan cricket team, Virat Kohli and Yuvraj Singh’s father Yograj Singh. Recently, Yograj had expressed his displeasure over the way, ex-PAK criticised their team for not performing well in the Champions Trophy. He targeted the likes of Wasim Akram, and Shoaib Akhtar, who work as experts on different channels.
“Such big players like Wasim Akram-saying such disgusting things? And people around him are laughing. They should be ashamed. Shoaib Akhtar, such a big player-you are comparing Pakistan’s players with Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli? Wasim ji, you are sitting there and making money, no? Go back to your country and conduct a camp. I want to see which of you greats can help Pakistan win a World Cup. If not, resign,” Yograj Singh told SportsNext.
But now, it seems Wasim has had enough of these alleged allegations. During a discussion on DP World ‘Dressing Room’, he responded on the same. He said, “People still on and off either criticize me or have a go at me that all he does is talk and nothing else. When I see Pakistan coaches – I see Waqar here, who has been sacked quite a few times after becoming a coach – and their condition. Aap log badtameezi karte hain (You guys disrespect them), I cannot tolerate it.”
“I want to help Pakistan cricket. Why do you want to pay me. I am available free of cost. If you organise a camp and want me to be there, I will. If you want me to spend time with cricketers ahead of a big tournament, I will do that. But I am 58 years old and at this age, I am not going to take such insults which you guys do. I cannot lead a stressful life at this age,” he said.
