Comprender cómo se encuentra Mumbai en T20i de la India y se puede incluir la estructura de “India”.
The series is in pocket. Team India clinched their 17th straight home bilateral T20I win when they managed to strangle the England batting again in Pune. Just more than a 2-hour drive from there, a new hurdle awaits as the iconic Wankhede Stadium will host the final T20I. It might be inconsequential for the series, but India won’t back down from ending the bilateral 4-1. While this might be an exciting T20I series, what holds more importance is the ODI series that follows before the ICC Champions Trophy.
Mohammed Shami should play
The Indian team management has been quite cautious with Mohammed Shami’s workload management. Shami, who was absent for over 400 days since the ODI World Cup 2023 Final, made his much-awaited return in Rajkot, where he looked a bit undercooked. He notched up 140 kmph just once and was not in his element. Considering he is part of the ICC Champions Trophy, Shami surely needs to find his groove in time. Hence, playing him for Arshdeep Singh would be a wise move by the management, as they would want Shami to have his mojo back. Arshdeep is in much better rhythm and hence can straightaway play the IND vs ENG ODIs.

Who should rest in IND vs ENG 5th T20I?
With the series already in the bag, Gautam Gambhir and Suryakumar Yadav could afford to rest a couple of players. We are talking about players who are settled in the playing XI and are part of the upcoming ODI season. While the entire top-order is suffering from poor form, two players, Hardik Pandya and Arshdeep Singh, should be benched. This is purely based on the fact that both Pandya and Arshdeep have been in superb form and will play a part in the ODIs. Both are expected to start well in the ODI Champions Trophy and it would be frugal for them to rest in Mumbai.
Predicted India XI for 3rd T20I
- Abhishek Sharma
- Sanju Samson (WK)
- Suryakumar Yadav (C)
- Tilak Varma
- Shivam Dube
- Rinku Singh
- Axar Patel
- Ravi Bishnoi
- Harshit Rana
- Mohammed Shami
- Varun Chakravarthy
- On Bench: Arshdeep Singh, Hardik Pandya, Ramandeep Singh, Dhruv Jurel, Washington Sundar
Varun Chakravarthy, Washington Sundar and Axar Patel will serve as India’s go-to spinners. The team also has other part-time options like Abhishek Sharma and Tilak Varma at their disposal. Meanwhile, Harshit Rana, who had his peculiar debut in the last game, should get his name on the playing sheet as well. With the Wankhede Stadium helping pacers, India would need Harshit and Shami to share the new ball
