The southpaw played incredibly well but it was Pandya’s blistering 53 runs from just 30 balls was what changed that match.

Team India went on to score 181 runs. The momentum changed after Pandya arrived into the middle. Saqib Mahmood had done the damage with his maiden over where he claimed the wickets of Sanju Samson, Tilak Varma and Suryakumar Yadav. Had Pandya not saved Team India, it could have been possible that Team India could have posted just 120 runs on the board.
