KL Rahul tuvo un desempeño decente con el bate en el recientemente concluido Trofeo Border Gavaskar en Australia.

The India Cricket Team stars have all made their comeback to domestic cricket. And now ace star batter KL Rahul is all set to join the Karnataka squad after recovering from his injury. The keeper batter missed out on the match against Punjab with an elbow niggle.

But it is good news for the Indian fans. The veteran batter is all set to rejoin the Karnataka squad for the Ranji Trophy match against Haryana starting on 30th January.

KL Rahul to return to Ranji Trophy

After a humiliating 3-1 loss in the Border Gavaskar Trophy, Team India lost their chance of reaching the WTC Finals. This prompted the BCCI to release a new mandate. All the Indian stars are now set to take part in domestic cricket. As a result, Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Shubman Gill, and others returned to their respective State Associations to play domestic cricket after years.

KL Rahul is also set to follow suit. He missed the match against Punjab after picking up an elbow injury. But the veteran batter will be back for the Mayank Agarwal-led side on 30th January.

It is crucial for KL Rahul to get some much-needed batting practice. Meanwhile, he will also get 3 ODI matches before flying off to Dubai for the ICC Champions Trophy. The ICC mega event is now the main focus for the Indian stars.
