PBKS went all out to acquire Iyer this time, and with this announcement, they joined the likes of CSK, MI, RR, SRH, and possibly GT, who have already confirmed their captains for IPL 2025.

However, for Gujarat Titans, it will be interesting to see how things comes. Not long ago, GT posted an image featuring Rashid Khan’s artwork instead of leader Shubman Gill, sparking speculation about possible changes in their camp.
