Los titanes de Gujarat han alquilado 12.25 millones de rupias por circunstancias durante 12.25 millones de rupias, y en la primera reunión para su nuevo equipo, terminó con los números 54/0.
Mohammed Siraj played for a different Indian Premier League (IPL) team than Royal Challengers Bengaluru for the first time since 2017. The right-arm pacer donned the Gujarat Titans (GT) jersey against the Punjab Kings (PBKS). GT captain Shubman Gill handed him the brand new white ball, and he steamed in.

Siraj on point in the powerplay
Siraj got the ball to swing up front, just like Mohammed Shami used to during his two-year stint with GT. As is always the case with Siraj, he was wayward a few times in the powerplay. But was also unlucky at the same time.
Priyansh Arya scored 14 (8) against him, but this included a few swings and misses, as well as an outside edge that flew past the wicketkeeper, Jos Buttler, and to the third man boundary.
Against Prabhsimran Singh, Siraj was on point. The PBKS opener couldn’t touch the ball. Siraj bowled three balls to Prabhsimran. The first two were outswingers that he had poked at and missed. He was lucky that neither got a faint edge and went into the wicketkeeper’s hand. Prabhsimran went for a wild slog on the third ball, which came in, and missed it completely.
Smashed for 40 runs in 2 overs
Gill handed Siraj the ball after a long gap in the 15th over of the GT vs PBKS match. The right-arm pacer delivered an 8-ball over. His issue was that four balls were on point and went for just 3 runs; the other four were taken for 14 runs (2 wides and 2 sixes). The same old story of losing his line and length.
If the penultimate over was bad, the wheels came off in the last six balls Siraj bowled. His figures were 31/0 after 3 overs. And then Shashank Singh smashed 5 fours from his final over of the first innings. He was hit at cover, third man and square leg. Once again, under pressure, Siraj went wayward. His dismal 23-run over saw PBKS set a massive 244-run target for GT.
