Inglaterra perdió el juego de apertura ante Australia y luego atrae a Afganistán
The England Cricket Team has been dealt a huge blow. Bowling all-rounder Brydon Carse has been ruled out of the ICC Champions Trophy. The player suffered a left-toe injury during his game against Australia in the tournament. Now, as a means of replacement, leggie Rehan Ahmed has been added to the 15-member squad.
As per ESPNcricinfo, the issue on his left toe began when England played the white-ball series against India. Initially, the injury began as a blister and the pacer went on to miss the last 2 ODI matches as he needed stitches. The injury further aggregated during the clash against Australia in the Champions Trophy.

Brydon Carse OUT, Rehan Ahmed IN
He missed training and now has been ruled out of the tournament. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) released a statement about the same. “Durham and England bowling all-rounder Brydon Carse has been ruled out for the remainder of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy due to a left toe injury.”
Rehan Ahmed has joined the squad as the replacement. During the tour of India, he was an unused substitute. Now his inclusion on the squad increases the spin strength. Previously, the Three Lions had only Adil Rashid as their specialist spinner.
