HE ALSO SAYS RICHARDSON DIED AT THE SCENE. TROOPERS SAY THE DRIVER OF THE CAR WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WITH INJURIES. THERE’S NO WORD ON THE DRIVER’S CONDITION THIS MORNING.
