Ravfra Jadja ha tenido éxito en algunas peleas de clase mundial.
There have been debates over the spot of Ravindra Jadeja in white-ball cricket. While he has already called time in T20Is, Jadeja has been a veteran in the ODIs. However, his hitting game and defensive bowling (sometimes) draw criticism. But there should be no denying that there are hardly any more X-factor player than Jaddu when on song. You give him an inch, he will create a whole set of opportunities and that’s why his record speak for itself.
Ravindra Jadeja has Root in IND vs ENG 1st ODI
In the first one day international against England, Jadeja showed why he is a force to be reckoned with. Just when Jos Buttler and Joe Root, two of England’s most experienced batters, were looking to build a partnership, Jadeja struck a massive blow. The left-arm spinner, who has played almost 200 ODIs for India, got Root out with a quicker delivery. With Root often keeping his weight on the backfoot, Jaddu banged in a straighter one to delight the Nagpur crowd.
It was Root’s fourth dismissal against Jadeja in 50-over cricket. Among English batters, only Jonny Bairstow has been dismissed four times by Jaddu.
Jadeja dominates vs best of the bests
This dismissal made Root Jadeja’s victim for the 12th time. Note that nobody has been dismissed more than 11 times against the 38-year-old in international cricket before. Guess who is at the second place now? Well, it’s none other another “Fab 4” memeber, Steve Smith. The Australian maestro has averaged just 36.27 against Jadeja, getting out 11 times. Angelo Mathews (10) follows after Pat Cummins (9) and Jos Buttler (8).
