Tilak Varma has become the new number 2 ranked T20I batter following his innings in Chennai. With scores of 19*, 72* and 18 against England, the Hyderabad batter is surely a star to watch out for in the shortest format of the game. He could go on to beat Babar Azam to become the youngest ever no.1 ranked batter in the shortest format of the game if he manages to go past Travis Head with his performances in the remainder of the games in the England series.
