In the first inning, he managed only 1 run before being caught behind. His difficulties continued in the second inning, where he scored 17 runs while attempting to stabilise a struggling Delhi innings but ultimately fell to Jadeja. Pant’s failure to convert his opportunities into important scores was a major setback for Delhi, impacting their overall performance in the match.
Ravindra Jadeja’s All-round display
Ravindra Jadeja was a standout performer throughout the match. In Delhi’s first innings, he delivered an exceptional bowling performance, taking 5 wickets for 66 runs. Apart from Ayush Badoni’s 60 in the first innings, there were no significant contributions from their batsmen. Jadeja’s guile and precision, along with Dharmendrasinh Jadeja’s support, proved too challenging for the Delhi side to counter.
