Niantic the publisher of Pokémon GO reveals the details of January 2025 Community Day Classic. The event will take place on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Ralts, the Feeling Pokémon, will be featured during Pokémon GO January 2025 Community Day Classic. Ralts will appear more frequently in the wild, you might encounter a shiny one. Evolve Kirlia (Ralts’s Evolution) during the event or up to five hours afterward to get a Gardevoir or Gallade that knows the Charged Attack Synchronoise.

• Trainer Battles: 80 power
• Gyms and raids: 80 power

Timed Research

A Timed Research opportunity will be available during the event. Complete it to earn the following rewards:

• Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
• Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.

Field Research

January Community Day Classic–themed Field Research will be available! Catch Ralts to earn rewards such as Stardust, Great Balls, additional encounters with Ralts, and more!

If you GO out and explore with your community, you may even find Field Research that leads to encounters with Ralts that have Dual Destiny–themed Special Backgrounds—if you’re lucky!
