After putting a “joker nose” to Virat Kohli, the Australian media just continues their treachery against the Indian superstars. In what has become a norm now, the Western Australia newspaper has once again come up with an unscrupulous post to trigger the Indian team. On the incident of Rohit Sharma showing anger towards Yashasvi Jaiswal when the youngster dropped a sitter, the media house has put a “cry baby” tag on the Indian captain.

First Virat Kohli, now Rohit Sharma

The Australian media is literally crossing the line day after day. Prior to the series, they built the likes of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma as superstars and are now turning them into commodities just to attain some laughs. After the first three days were especially kept separate for Virat Kohli, the Western Australian media has hit below the belt once again. They put a Rohit Sharma image with a pacifier on his lips, headlining it “Captain Cry Baby.”

The Aussie media is doing what they do best. Use the big name player for their frontpage and insitgate exasperation. Today, it wasn’t just that. Below “Captain Cry Baby” the subheader read, “Clown Kohli,” something the newspaper is milking every day now following Virat Kohli’s shoulder-barge incident with Sam Konstas. In the 40th over, Jaiswal dropped a rather sitter off Marnus Labuschagne’s bat. While Labuschagne seemed relieved, captain Rohit Sharma lost his cool on Jaiswal. As soon as the youngster dropped the ball, the skipper punched the air in anger and was absolutely livid. This is the reason why the Aussie media made Rohit a “cry baby.”
