The Brisbane Heat have dominated their recent WBBL match-ups against the Melbourne Renegades, winning five of their last six encounters since November 2021, including a 28-run victory earlier this season. Notably, the Heat have also secured wins in their last three matches against the Renegades in Victoria.

Meanwhile, the Renegades are in excellent form, riding a franchise-best five-game winning streak and claiming victory in two of their last three games at the MCG. The Heat, on their own streak of six consecutive wins, are just one victory away from equalling their longest unbeaten run in WBBL history.
